Eric Johnson: Council of Outstanding Early Career Engineers - 1999

Eric Johnson is Director of Engineering at Premia Corporation of Beaverton, Oregon. Premia Corporation develops and publishes software development tools for the professional programmer. Its principal product, CodeWright, is a programmer's editor, which does not simply manipulate text, but improves programmer productivity by simplifying many common code editing tasks. Before joining Premia, Eric was a senior developer at Sage/Polytron, where he was a key member of the team that produced the Sage Professional Editor. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson held software development positions at Control-C Software, Tektronix and Texas Instruments, where he specialized in Windows display drivers and software development tools.
